Accounts and orders
An account is required to place an order. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide. An order is accepted when we confirm it. For on-demand items, your order is a request until we confirm price and availability with our supplier.
Prices
All prices are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR). We may correct pricing errors before an order is confirmed. Used laptops are unique units, so a listing can be withdrawn once the unit is sold.
Payment
We accept card payments through PayHere, bank transfer and, for eligible in-stock items, cash on delivery. On-demand items are paid after we confirm them, within the payment window shown in your confirmation, otherwise the order expires and the hold is released.
On-demand orders
On-demand items are sourced from third-party suppliers after your order is confirmed. Lead times are estimates. If the supplier cannot supply the item, we cancel and refund any payment in full.
Delivery, warranty and returns
Delivery is governed by our Delivery Information, warranty by our Warranty Policy and returns by our Returns & Refunds policy.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price paid for the item. Nothing limits your statutory consumer rights.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
