What we collect
- Account and order data: name, email, phone number, delivery address and order history.
- Payment data: card payments are processed by PayHere. We do not store card numbers. We keep the transaction reference and status.
- Technical data: device and browser information, and pages visited, only if you accept analytics cookies.
Why we use it
To process and deliver orders, provide warranty and support, prevent fraud, meet legal and tax obligations and, only with your consent, to measure and improve our website and advertising.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers needed to fulfil your order: couriers, PayHere, email delivery and our hosting provider. We never sell personal data.

Essential cookies keep you signed in and remember your cart. Analytics and advertising cookies load only if you accept them in the cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time by clearing site data.
Your rights

Retention
Order and invoice records are kept for the period required by tax law. Other data is deleted or anonymised when no longer needed.
