Every used laptop goes through the same process before it reaches our shelves or your doorstep.
The test
- Identity check: serial number matches the unit, no locks (BIOS, MDM or activation lock).
- Battery: capacity and cycle count are measured. We record the health percentage and show it on the listing.
- Display: dead pixels, backlight bleed, brightness and hinge tension.
- Keyboard and trackpad: every key and click is tested.
- Ports: USB, video out, audio jack, card reader and charging port.
- Wireless and camera: Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, webcam and microphone.
- Storage and memory: SMART health check and a memory test.
- Thermals: fan and temperature under load.
- Clean install: fresh OS, updates and drivers.
- Final clean: internal dusting, external cleaning and a photo check.

On-demand used laptops
Units we source from suppliers after you order go through the same test in our workshop before they are shipped to you. If a unit fails, we return it to the supplier and offer you a replacement or a full refund.
