Our grading system keeps it simple. Grade A units look almost new with no visible marks. Grade B units show light signs of use such as minor scuffs on the lid or palm rest. Grade C units show clear cosmetic wear but are fully functional and priced lower. Cosmetic grade never affects performance because every unit passes the same functional test.
The test covers the battery (health percentage recorded), keyboard and trackpad, display for dead pixels, every port, webcam, speakers, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, and storage health. Laptops ship with a clean operating system install and the charger.

What is the difference between Grade A, B and C?
Grade A is near-mint, Grade B has light cosmetic wear, Grade C has visible wear. All grades are fully tested and warrantied.
How long is the warranty on used laptops?
Between 3 and 6 months depending on model and grade, shown on the product page. It covers hardware faults, not physical damage.
