Some laptops on our site are marked Available on order. We do not hold these in our showroom. We list them on behalf of trusted suppliers and buy the unit for you once you order. This lets us offer a much wider range at competitive prices. It also means the process is a little different from buying something in stock.
The steps
- You send an order request. You are not charged yet. We temporarily hold the unit so nobody else can request the same one.
- We confirm with the supplier. Usually within a few hours during opening times. We check that the unit is available and confirm the price and lead time.
- You pay. Once confirmed, you receive an email and notification with a Pay now button. Pay by card through PayHere or by bank transfer within the time shown, otherwise the order expires and the hold is released.
- We buy the unit. After payment we place the purchase with the supplier.
- We receive, inspect and test it. Every unit is checked in our workshop before it ships. You can see the progress in your account: Confirmed, Paid, Sourcing, Received and tested, Shipped, Delivered.
- We ship it. By tracked courier, with invoice and warranty card.
Lead time
The expected lead time is on the listing (for example "ships in 3–6 days"). It counts from your payment.
If something changes
- The unit is no longer available: we tell you straight away, suggest similar laptops, or cancel. If you paid, you get a full refund.
- The price changed: we ask you to accept the new price or cancel at no cost.
- The unit fails our test: we return it to the supplier and offer a replacement or a full refund.
Why pay after confirmation?
Because we buy the unit for you specifically, we want to be sure it exists at the price you saw before you pay.
