Are the used laptops tested?
Yes. Every used laptop goes through a multi-point test and the battery health and grade are shown on the listing.
What does Available on order mean?
We source the unit from a supplier after you order, confirm price and availability, and test it before shipping. See How On-Demand Orders Work for the full process.
Do you deliver outside Colombo?
Yes, to all 25 districts of Sri Lanka by tracked courier.
How can I pay?
Card through PayHere, bank transfer, or cash on delivery for eligible in-stock items.
Can I pay cash on delivery for on-demand items?
Not by default. On-demand items are paid after we confirm them so we never buy a unit that is later refused.
What warranty do I get?
Used laptops 3 to 6 months, new laptops 12 to 36 months, accessories 6 to 12 months.
Can I return a laptop?
Yes, within 7 days of delivery if it is faulty or not as described.
Do I need an account to order?
Yes. An account lets us show your live order status, invoices and warranty details. Browsing and searching do not need an account.
